What counts as a dashboard?

Each dashboard you generate uses one from your monthly allowance, whether it is a brand-new report or a one-click refresh of a saved dashboard with updated numbers.

What happens when I hit my monthly limit?

Nothing breaks. Dashboards you have already built stay live and shareable. Add a 10-dashboard credit pack for $9, or upgrade - and your allowance resets at the start of each month.

Do you really check every total?

Every plan, including Free, runs a second independent pass that re-reads your file and reconciles each headline figure. If it cannot reconcile, the dashboard fails closed instead of showing you a wrong number.

Is my data kept?

No. Your workbook is deleted the moment the dashboard is built, and analysis runs in an isolated sandbox with no network access. We keep the dashboard, never your source file.

Can I change or cancel anytime?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from settings. Monthly plans bill month to month; annual plans bill once a year for two months off.
