Chartberry (chartberry.io) turns spreadsheet and PDF data into verified dashboards, trust reports, living reports, cited answers, and structured extracts. It is operated by Noor Consulting Group. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password and API keys secret. You must be at least 16 and provide a working email address. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to break its isolation, or violate law.
Files you upload stay yours. We process them to produce the output you asked for, then delete the uploaded file: uploads are removed from storage right after processing completes or fails. Generated outputs (dashboards, trust reports, extracts) are stored in your account until you delete them.
Processing uses an isolated code-execution sandbox and, for AI steps, the Anthropic API. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your files to train models.
Chartberry reconciles the numbers it shows against your source file: stated totals are re-checked, breakdowns are cross-footed, and figures trace to the cell or computation they came from. That is a check of the file against itself. It does not certify that your file is current, complete, or correct, and it is not accounting, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for decisions made with the output.
The Free plan requires no card and stays free. Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price shown at chartberry.io/pricing when you subscribe, and renew automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active through the period you already paid for. Free-tier limits (such as dashboards per month) reset monthly.
Founding pricing, where offered, stays at the rate you signed up at for as long as the subscription remains active. We do not offer automatic refunds for partial periods, but if something goes wrong on our side, email hello@chartberry.io and we will make it right.
Don't upload files you have no right to process, don't attempt to extract other users' data, don't probe or overload the service, and don't use the API to build something unlawful. Rate limits exist and are enforced.
Chartberry is provided as-is, without warranty. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it, and features may change as the product evolves. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site, and continued use means acceptance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
